CONSOR Engineers is seeking a motivated Traffic Design Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience in Traffic design for our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed project drawings using industry-standard software.
  • Contribute to the design and review of traffic engineering projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulations.
  • Gather and analyze relevant data, preparing comprehensive reports to support design decisions.
  • Maintain high standards for plan quality control, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Estimate construction costs for proposed projects, providing valuable input for budget planning.
  • Collaborate effectively with regulatory agencies, facilitating smooth project approvals and permitting processes.
  • Conduct on-site observations during construction phases, verifying adherence to design specifications and addressing any field issues.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on traffic design preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and/or Civil 3D software is essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct and professional standards.
  • Ability to effectively plan, schedule, and execute tasks within established budgets and deadlines.
