About This Role

Consor Engineers is seeking a highly motivated Traffic Design Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. As a key member of our Traffic group, you will be responsible for designing transportation structures and contributing to the development of our clients' projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement traffic design plans and specifications
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design and construction standards
  • Prepare and review technical reports and documents
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in traffic design
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and/or Civil 3D
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited college/university
