Sales Operations Manager

Are you skilled in orchestrating, guiding, and overseeing diverse sales initiatives? In the role of Sales Operations Manager, you will have the chance to leverage your technical expertise and design capabilities while playing a pivotal role in the success of our team.

  • Formulate strategic work plans to prioritize and align with monthly sales and profitability targets
  • Ensure adherence to all phases of the organization's sales methodology
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, electronic Promise to Purchase (PTP), and additional tools
  • Gather comprehensive contact details for all visitors, inputting them into the CRM system, and ensuring effective and timely follow-up
  • Maintain the aesthetic quality of the sales environment and inventory of demonstrators
  • Deliver a comprehensive weekly report detailing sales performance and visitor traffic
  • Collaborate with your direct supervisor to establish sales projections and ensure their achievement
  • Prepare documentation in a professional format for upcoming meetings with prospective clients: including plans, drawings, detailed EAP with appendices, and project calculations
  • Craft strategies and cultivate a network of connections to enhance your sales efforts
  • Engage in professional development activities provided by the organization (meetings, training sessions, site tours, trade shows, etc.)
  • Possess training in consultative sales, architecture, design, or related fields

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in computer applications such as Outlook, appraisal software, and customer relationship management tools
  • Fluent in spoken and written French
  • Bilingualism is considered an advantage
  • Enthusiastic about sales, housing, and the construction industry
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in residential construction
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in architectural sketching

Work Schedule: Flexibility to work during daytime, evening, and weekend hours during peak periods, totaling 40 hours per week across 5 days with 2 consecutive days off
