Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Hunting and Fishing department. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hiring and onboarding new sales associates with the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager
  • Developing a strong relationship with sales associates to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Mobilizing, empowering, and coaching sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Reaching sales targets, ensuring high standards of customer service, and reinforcing company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth
