Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients to assess their property requirements and identify appropriate listings
- Prepare essential documentation, including representation agreements, and negotiate contracts

- Continuously educate yourself and provide clients with exceptional service
- Actively pursue new clients through networking and prospecting
- Assist numerous buyer clients throughout the home-buying journey
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ensure accountability in all responsibilities

- A valid Residential Real Estate license or actively pursuing one

- Availability for some weekend and evening hours

- Flexibility in schedule is required as this role is not a traditional 9-5
