About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Services Coordinator to join our team at BC Hydro. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Procedures and Routines: Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Scheduling and Workflow: Assist with scheduling and workflow management to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
  • Project Coordination: Provide administrative support to project teams, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining project records.
  • Workplace Information: Work in a hybrid environment, with a 37.5 hour workweek, and a permanent employment status.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Language and Work Environment

This role requires fluency in English as the primary language of work.
