The Opportunity

Temporary Part-Time Position – 0.59 FTE – 45.5 Hours Biweekly

Hourly Rate of Pay: $21.08 to $26.42

We are seeking a skilled Health Care Aide to join our clinical care team. As a member of our team, you will provide support, advocacy, and choice to residents and their families to ensure the highest quality of resident-focused care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, meal service, and mobility/transfer in a safe and caring manner.
  • Provide emotional support and advocacy to residents and their families.
  • Collaborate with the clinical care team to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Registered with the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory.
  • Completed Bridging Modules, if required.
  • Effective reading, writing, and speaking skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
