Job Title: Department Head - Retail Store

Kolani Kitchens and Baths Inc is seeking a highly skilled Department Head - Retail Store to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage Sales Floor: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment that meets company standards.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
