As a Construction Engineer, you will oversee the execution of designated capital projects, which may include highways, bridges, roads, and various transportation infrastructures.

Your responsibilities will encompass defining project requirements in collaboration with clients, coordinating the efforts of internal team members, external consultants, and contractors, and managing project implementation from inception to completion to ensure adherence to scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

It is essential to ensure that all project phases comply with relevant government and ministry regulations, policies, guidelines, and industry standards.

Your role will involve:
  • Administering, coordinating, and executing the development, design, tendering, and construction of highway projects.
  • Overseeing contract administration and construction supervision for highway projects.
  • Providing strategic direction and guidance on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Managing multiple intricate, multidisciplinary projects concurrently.

A degree in Civil Engineering, complemented by a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in transportation and/or civil engineering, is required.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with publicly funded transportation initiatives.
  • Proven leadership in managing project teams alongside Engineering Consultants and contractors.

This role is a permanent, full-time position with standard working hours of 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
