- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
- Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
- Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems for information management.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and various documents.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office Suite.
- Attention to detail is essential for this role.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility in adapting to changing tasks and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Reliability in completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
