Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at JM BUILT HOMES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the maintenance of our office facilities, including ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
    • Coordinate the ordering and inventory of office supplies and materials.
    • Ensure that our office is clean and organized, and that all staff have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Communicate effectively with our staff, management, and external partners to ensure that our office operations are running smoothly.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on office operations, including metrics on productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
