Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at JM BUILT HOMES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed.
- Office Operations
- Oversee the maintenance of our office facilities, including ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
- Coordinate the ordering and inventory of office supplies and materials.
- Ensure that our office is clean and organized, and that all staff have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with our staff, management, and external partners to ensure that our office operations are running smoothly.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on office operations, including metrics on productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Work Environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
