About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Director to join our team at Resolute Digital, a Weber Shandwick Company. As a key member of our creative leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative creative solutions that drive business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Creative Solutions: Develop and deliver creative solutions that strengthen clients' market distinction and leadership position.
  • Lead Creative Development: Lead concept, creative development, and presentation of new business development efforts.
  • Mentor and Lead Staff: Mentor and lead staff to maintain consistent creative quality and award-winning work.
  • Build a Culture of Innovation: Build a culture hungry for smart creative by guiding, teaching and mentoring and underscoring the need for continual creative improvement.
  • Promote a Culture of Excellence: Promote and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability.
Requirements
  • Strong Portfolio: A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to develop and deliver innovative creative solutions.
  • Leadership Experience: 10 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a proven track record of managing the creative development process in a client-services environment.
  • Advanced Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing and the creative process.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities, both internal and client-facing.
  • Ability to Prioritize: Ability to prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short and long-term needs.
  • Proven Mentoring Skills: Proven mentoring and team-building skills.
  • Resilient Mindset: A resilient mindset, a cheerful and positive attitude, and respect for others.
  • Ability to Concept Across Media: The ability to concept across a broad range of media, in a variety of tones and voices.
