The Crystal Ladder Learning Centre is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our SLP department, you will play a vital role in providing holistic speech therapy services to neurodiverse learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individualized goals and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to learners, including individual and group sessions.
- Collaborate with our team of Communicative Disorders Assistants to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Develop and implement augmentative alternative communication devices to support learners with complex communication needs.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive support for learners.
- Provide parent training and coaching to facilitate carryover and generalization of skills.
- Consult with other professionals to ensure best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with patients of all ages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate: $35.00-$50.00 per hour.

French not required.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday.
