Position Overview

As a vital member of our automotive service team, the Painter Helper plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality paint applications for vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assess and determine the paint requirements for each vehicle accurately.


• Adhere to established operating procedures to maintain consistency and quality.


• Work under close supervision to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.


• Convey information that may require clarification or interpretation to team members and customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


• A valid driver's license is mandatory.

• Ability to stand or bend for a significant portion of the workday; must be capable of safely maneuvering in and out of a shallow pit for vehicle inspections.


• Physical stamina to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform tasks involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.


• Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends, and in varying weather conditions.


• Capability to lift objects weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.


• Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to utilize a keyboard and mouse for data entry into a point of sale system.


• Strong customer service abilities.


• Preferred: ability to obtain a state-issued inspector's license where applicable.


• Attention to detail is essential.


• Effective communication skills to interact clearly with customers and team members.


• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to achieve objectives.


• Self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
