Position Overview

MicroShield Auto Care is seeking a dedicated Automotive Refinishing Technician to join our team. This role involves meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality in vehicle repair and refinishing.

Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in automotive refinishing.
Work Environment

The worksite may be dusty, noisy, and have odours associated with automotive refinishing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections of repaired vehicles to ensure quality standards.
  • Plan and organize repair tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Prepare surfaces by filing, grinding, and sanding.
  • Mask and tape areas of the vehicle in preparation for painting.
  • Apply primers and perform repainting of surfaces.
