Job Title: Telecommunications Line Technician

E-NET SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a skilled Telecommunications Line Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test cable signals and associated equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Install and maintain aerial and underground telephone equipment, including cable modems and software.
  • Repair or replace faulty cables, power suppliers, and amplifiers to minimize downtime.
  • Climb and work aloft on poles, ladders, or other support structures to access equipment.
  • Connect, disconnect, and relocate cable outlets to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors.
Work Environment:

This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights. You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots and safety glasses/goggles.
