E-NET SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a skilled Telecommunications Line Technician to join our team. As a key member of our installation and maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our telecommunications network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain aerial and underground telephone equipment, including cable signals and associated equipment.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cable signals, test equipment to locate transmission faults, and maintain and repair aerial and underground transmission systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide on-site customer service, including connecting, disconnecting, and relocating cable outlets.

As a Telecommunications Line Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to distinguish between colours. You will also be required to climb and work aloft on poles, ladders, or other support structures.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Coaxial line, fibre optics, single line, and copper.
