Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team at Alcop Resource Recycling Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our outdoor spaces, including landscaping, grounds maintenance, and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions and maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Cut grass and remove litter and garbage from outdoor areas.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other machinery.
  • Apply fertilizers and repair and maintain equipment as needed.
  • Write daily progress reports and maintain accurate records of tasks completed.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens, ensuring they receive the necessary care and attention.
Work Environment

As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding role that involves a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and bending.
