We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shelf Stocker Assistant to join our team at Thee Lingerie Shoppe. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and our products are easily accessible to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing Inventory
    • Receive and unpack shipments of merchandise
    • Count and verify inventory against delivery records
    • Process and record inventory transactions in our system
  • Stocking and Merchandising
    • Stock shelves and display areas with merchandise
    • Ensure products are facing forward and at eye level
    • Rotate stock to ensure older items are sold before newer ones
  • Customer Service
    • Assist customers in locating products
    • Answer questions about products and services
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs
  • Inventory Management
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
    • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues
    • Work with management to implement inventory control measures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or inventory management role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
