Key Responsibilities:
1. Zone the department to ensure efficient stock rotation and product visibility.
2. Rotate stock and check for expired products to maintain high-quality standards.
3. Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and discrepancies.
4. Adhere to cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
5. Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels, and other tasks as required.
6. Ensure the department is fully stocked with merchandise and ready for business at all times.
7. Follow Health and Safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
