As an Environmental Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role within a dynamic team, collaborating closely with senior management to facilitate and oversee innovative environmental impact assessments, planning, and permitting initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various environmental and technical teams to support the coordination of proposals, reports, and client deliverables.
  • Monitor daily priorities to assist in oversight activities.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
  • Assist the Project Manager in maintaining schedules, tracking commitments, and managing deliverables.
  • Oversee project progress concerning scope, timeline, budget, and quality, implementing changes as needed.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, status updates, and other essential documentation for clients and project partners.
  • Maintain project logs and ensure adherence to quality control processes.
  • Support the development of change orders, proposals, and progress reports for managerial review.
  • Review project invoices and collaborate with accounting to ensure accuracy before managerial approval.
  • Assist with field requirements, including reviewing health and safety documentation and coordinating field programs.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Environmental Management, Ecology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (MS Word, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Experience with project management software, including Oracle.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of timely and accurate task completion.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain strong professional relationships.
