Job Summary

The Manager, Clinical Trials is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Trials enterprise at Hamilton Health Sciences. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical research regulations, guidelines, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Clinical Trials team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of clinical research services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement and innovation.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent (Master's preferred).
  • Clinical Research Associate designation preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research and/or academic research settings.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of success in managing teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate data and information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
