Join Our Team as a Part-Time Team Leader

We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Team Leader at our Station Mall location. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting in the operational functions of the store and motivating the team to exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the operational functions of the store, including POS management and daily banking procedures.
  • Provide support and coverage to the Store and Assistant Managers in their absence.
  • Model desired selling and customer service behaviors at all times to promote an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Partner with store management to execute action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all store operational activities.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to the leadership team that result in increased productivity and improved operations of the store.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports.
  • Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.
  • Demonstrating a customer-obsessed selling culture and building brand loyalty through excellent product knowledge.
