We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Team Leader at our Station Mall location. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting in the operational functions of the store and motivating the team to exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in executing action plans to optimize results and ensure effective execution of all store operational activities.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to the leadership team to increase productivity and improve store operations.
  • Assist in conducting new associate onboarding and training.
  • Oversee and delegate tasks to the team to maximize efficiency of store operations.
  • Communicate individual and/or team performance feedback to store management.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports.
  • Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.
  • Demonstrating a customer-obsessed selling culture and building brand loyalty through excellent product knowledge.
