Financial Oversight

Responsible for managing a budget ranging from $4,000,001 to $8,000,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the creation of major departments and appoint senior staff members.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; develop and approve marketing strategies; oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
  • Set organizational objectives and approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel, ensuring optimal working conditions.
Team Leadership

Supervise a team of approximately 16-20 individuals.
