About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Six Side Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and training workers in duties and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assign work to team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Plan and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment

As a Logistics Supervisor at Six Side Logistics, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure. You must be able to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
