Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Shipper Coordinator to join our team at Stargate Logistics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities
    • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation of logistics operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery by arranging for regular maintenance and repair work.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support logistics operations.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Training and Development
    • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
