Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments by cheque, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage merchandise, including returns and exchanges, to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for front-end staff, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-end staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front-end retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
