At New York Fries, we're seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our culinary department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met. Your expertise will be essential in training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as estimating ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation. Additionally, you'll be responsible for hiring and managing food service staff, preparing and submitting reports, and addressing customer complaints or concerns. * Supervise and coordinate activities of food preparation staff
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
* Hire and manage food service staff
* Prepare and submit reports
* Address customer complaints or concerns

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
* or equivalent experience

**Work Environment:**

* Permanent position
* 30 hours per week
* Work Language: English
