Job Summary:

Culligan Water is seeking a skilled Bottled Water Delivery Driver - Route Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering bottled water products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver bottled water products to customers: Safely transport and deliver bottled water products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prospect for new customers: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Exchange rental coolers: Exchange rental coolers as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process and execute orders: Prepare, process, and execute orders and sales contracts in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems in a courteous and prompt manner while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service.
  • Maintain company vehicles and equipment: Ensure company vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous delivery experience: Must have previous experience in a delivery role.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license: Must have a valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Familiarity with the city and surrounding areas: Must be familiar with the city and surrounding areas.
  • 5-ton experience: 5-ton experience is an asset.

  • Excellent communication skills: Must have good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills: Must have strong customer service skills.
  • Care for company and customer property: Must have a strong sense of responsibility and care for company and customer property.
  • Attention to detail: Must have attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.

Special Considerations:

  • Lifting and transporting: Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds repetitively.
  • Fast-paced work style: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

  • $15.00-$18.00: Salary range is $15.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
