Job Summary:

Culligan Water is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining Culligan Water products in the field, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain Culligan Water products, including water softeners and drinking water systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on Culligan Water equipment.
  • Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one/two year of related or technical experience required.
  • Basic knowledge of water softening and drinking water systems is an asset.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit for periods up to two hours or more.
  • Ability to stand, reach, and bend for up to 8 hours. Use of stairs.
  • Ability to push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Ability to finger, grasp, and use tools and equipment.
  • Physical ability for this position is considered heavy exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally. Over 100 pounds assisted. Ability to move 250 pounds assisted.

Work Schedule:

Generally Monday – Friday, 8:00 am –4:30 pm. Position requires participation in 'On-call' rotation schedule for non-business hour emergencies, by phone and follow-up service if required.

Compensation:

$18-$21/hr. depending on experience
