About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Industrial Sector team at Afpa. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of our industrial sector activities, as well as providing expertise in engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers and manage their activities to achieve business objectives.
- Contribute to the definition of missions, organization, and procedures for engineering services.
- Foster the development of partnerships and collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the achievement of economic objectives for the Engineering and Innovation Department.
- Be a member of the Afpa Industrial Sector team's leadership.
Expertise in Engineering:
- Contribute to the development of action plans and implement them.
- Contribute to the definition and updating of engineering methods, orientations, and certifications.
- Lead and facilitate discussions on the evolution of Professional Titles with paritarian institutions.
- Be the primary point of contact for professional partners, including branches, unions, and other organizations.
- Understand and analyze systemic analysis of jobs and certifications.
- Pilot and analyze market trends and developments.
- Contribute to responding to tenders and proposals.
- Support the deployment of new services.
Requirements:
- Hold a level II diploma or have equivalent experience.
- Have significant experience in expertise and leadership, preferably in the industrial sector.
