Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional appearance, ensuring uniforms are clean and name tags are visible.
  • Arrive punctually, at least 10 minutes prior to the start of each shift.
  • Execute assigned tasks with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, assisting guests as needed.
  • Perform repetitive tasks, including cleaning guest rooms, making beds, collecting soiled linens, and disposing of waste.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess knowledge of our facilities and services, with the ability to guide guests accordingly.
  • Assist with laundry duties, including washing and delivering linens to designated areas.
  • Transport and distribute laundry to specified locations.
  • Restock storage areas with supplies for Room Attendants.
  • Maintain cleanliness in linen and electrical rooms.
  • Adhere to lost and found protocols, ensuring items are bagged and tagged accurately.
  • Handle cleaning chemicals responsibly, following safety guidelines.
  • Restock housekeeping carts with linens and cleaning supplies.
  • May be required to perform cleaning duties in guest rooms.
  • Complete stayover cleans for guests currently in-house.
  • Participate in all required training programs.
  • Assist other departments as needed and address any challenges that arise.
  • Be available for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Engage in property inspections and assist with parking lot maintenance.
  • Follow all health, safety, and security protocols established by the company.
  • Communicate any concerns or issues to the appropriate personnel accurately.
  • Support other departments when necessary and participate in cross-training opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 30 pounds without assistance.
  • Able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Willingness to perform other related duties as assigned.
