Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at JnB Homecare Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Laundry and Alterations: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens.
  • Changing Rooms and Showers: Clean changing rooms and showers.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Housekeeping room attendant certification.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to work independently, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
