Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at JnB Homecare Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of residential areas, including floors, furniture, and fixtures
  • Perform laundry and linen duties, including washing, drying, and folding
  • Restock linen closets and supply rooms
  • Disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
  • Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports persons with disabilities
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
