Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Woodstock Diagnostic Imaging & Elgin Imaging Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage and oversee the operations of multiple departments, including human resources, finance, and marketing
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish and achieve organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or diagnostic imaging setting
  • Proven track record of success in business development, operations management, and team leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
