At destinationone Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management, to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Develop and implement benefits and compensation programs that align with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring fair and competitive practices.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization.
  • HR Operations: Manage HR operations, including HRIS systems, employee data, and benefits administration, to ensure efficient and effective HR services.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in human resources management, with a proven track record of success in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations, with excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
