Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Canadian Tire 667 is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Establish work schedules and manage inventory levels
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
