Key Role in Our IT Framework
We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to become a vital member of our technology team.

Position Overview
As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will engage in diverse technology initiatives and play an essential role in maintaining the effectiveness and reliability of our IT systems.

Team Coordination
Facilitate collaboration among the IT Infrastructure team on ongoing initiatives by regularly checking in and following up on tasks with fellow specialists.

Infrastructure Management
Design, sustain, and enhance our internal systems (including Hyper-V, AWS, and all associated software platforms).

Support and Troubleshooting
Assist the IT Support team by addressing some of the most intricate issues faced by our employees.

Project Management
Oversee system-related projects and requests from inception to completion, which may involve sourcing replacements, executing deployments, and configuring existing or new tools.

Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in managing and troubleshooting various SaaS solutions and providers (such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, etc.).
- Networking experience is essential; while building a network is not required, maintenance and troubleshooting experience is expected.
- Comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies.
- Proven expertise in mobile device management solutions (including Intune, Ivanti, Munki, ABM, Microsoft Autopilot).
- Availability to work full-time in one of our offices.
