Job Description

Job Title: Lead Infrastructure Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Infrastructure Architect to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining resilient systems that power our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire company infrastructure, including database management.
  • Ensure optimization, performance, and data integrity across all systems.
  • Maintain and monitor the website's uptime, ensuring smooth and continuous operation.
  • Take full accountability for all aspects of the infrastructure, including servers, networking, and security.
  • Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect data and systems.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of security best practices and implementation.
  • Fluency in working with TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of React and React Native is a plus.
  • Excellent English and French written and verbal communication skills.

What We Offer:

  • 3 weeks of vacation per year, with flexibility on when to take them.
  • An additional week off during Christmas when the entire company takes a break.
  • Off-site events: We aim to hold one or two off-site events each year, where the entire team gathers for a week to collaborate and connect in person.

  • You have a proven track record in optimizing and securing web application infrastructure.
  • You are analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of infrastructure systems.
  • You are data-driven and tech-savvy, with experience in designing and managing robust, scalable infrastructure systems.
