Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with administrative tasks in the absence of other team members.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary partners to enhance service delivery.
- Providing guidance and support to healthcare aides and clients.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Some post-secondary education.
- A diploma or degree in business administration, public health, or community health.
- Proven experience in customer service with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Connect Care, MS Word, Excel, and other relevant IT platforms.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with the following experience will be given preference:
- Background in long-term care or home care settings.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with seniors, although training will be provided.
- Familiarity with scheduling client appointments.
