Role Responsibilities:

As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with administrative tasks in the absence of other team members.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary partners to enhance service delivery.
  • Providing guidance and support to healthcare aides and clients.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Some post-secondary education.
  • A diploma or degree in business administration, public health, or community health.
  • Proven experience in customer service with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Connect Care, MS Word, Excel, and other relevant IT platforms.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with the following experience will be given preference:

  • Background in long-term care or home care settings.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with seniors, although training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with scheduling client appointments.
