We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Native Counselling Services of Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing
  • Perform clerical duties, including maintaining filing and record systems, and performing general office tasks
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Utilize MS Great Plains (GP), MS Excel, and MS Word to perform tasks and maintain records
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Experience in accounting or a related field is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
