Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at MITT. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable, preparing general ledger, and performing financial calculations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare general ledger and journal entries
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Private sector work setting
  • Ability to multitask, accurate, and excellent oral communication skills
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • Spreadsheet skills
