Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Native Counselling Services of Alberta. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable, performing general office duties, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices, paying bills, and reconciling statements
  • Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as Simply Accounting
