About the Role:
- Manage complex insurance claims, including those in legal proceedings, to ensure timely and fair resolutions.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine coverage and liability, collaborating with third parties as needed.
- Prepare detailed claim summaries for internal reports and reinsurance purposes.
- Effectively manage a busy daily schedule, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating clearly with claimants, brokers, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in insurance or a related field.
- PAA designation or in progress.
- Minimum 5 years of liability claims experience.
- Business insurance experience is an asset.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office suite.
- Clear communication abilities.
