Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior Advisor to optimize HRIS operations and services, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Administer the HRIS system to maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Participate in troubleshooting, configurations, and enhancements of the HRIS to improve system performance and user experience.
  • Develop and analyze reports to address business needs, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to HR staff and users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively utilize the HRIS.

Requirements

  • Completion of a post-secondary program in business systems or a related field, such as human resources or information technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in HRIS system administration, with a strong understanding of HRIS concepts and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
