OVERVIEW

Are you a university student seeking a flexible part-time role that allows you to earn competitive pay while gaining valuable experience at a tech start-up? As a member of the Wizeprep team, you will assist fellow students in selecting the ideal MCAT preparation program to help them achieve their medical school aspirations.

In your role as Wizeprep's MCAT Promotions Coordinator, you will represent our MCAT program on campus. You will be the primary liaison for student organizations, fostering existing partnerships and developing new connections. Your responsibilities will include promoting Wizeprep events and enhancing brand visibility through both digital and face-to-face outreach initiatives.

You will act as an advocate for Wizeprep's MCAT prep offerings, guiding students through the often challenging process of selecting the best preparation option for their needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with student organization leaders to establish partnerships and coordinate events
  • Engage with advisors, department heads, and other key campus stakeholders
  • Manage a Wizeprep booth at fairs, events, and conferences, representing the organization
  • Organize, attend, and present at both virtual and in-person campus events
  • Supervise practice test events for students
  • Leverage social media to boost awareness of Wizeprep's MCAT programs
  • Distribute promotional materials on campus and in strategic locations
  • Participate in various campus events and activities as assigned
  • Deliver class announcements
  • Engage in miscellaneous marketing initiatives

WHO YOU ARE

  • University or College Student: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, preferably in a science-related field. Familiarity with or interest in the MCAT is advantageous.
