Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Services Representative VII to join our team at Vancity. As a key member of our insurance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotes, provide advice, and offer personal lines, ICBC AutoPlan and Private Auto insurance products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Provide referrals for additional products and services offered by Vancity and build the business by cross-selling on additional insurance products and services within the agency.
  • Perform routine administrative elements of the work, including order and organize ICBC supplies and office supplies, batching, deposits, and mail distribution, and where applicable, Driver Licensing services.
Requirements
  • Insurance Level 1 license
  • Autoplan Essentials Course
  • Valid Drivers License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience interacting with people and businesses in a professional capacity
Bonus Points
  • Level II General Insurance License or working towards it
  • Post-secondary coursework
