About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Success Solutions Home Care Agency Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Mobility and Transfers: Safely move patients between care facilities and assist with transfers.
  • Meal Preparation and Service: Serve meal trays and assist patients with feeding.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain patients' rooms and common areas.
  • Medical Support: Take patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Weight Handling: Lift, turn, and position patients with care.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Work Setting: Nursing home/home for the aged.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
