Job Summary

PepsiCo Canada is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise the work of maintenance employees under your responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and good manufacturing practices.
• Perform maintenance activities on your assigned shift and adjust the schedule as needed to accommodate production changes.
• Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Maintenance Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
